Below is the credential card granting privileged and revocable access to Games and Events of the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES during the 2024 NFL season. All capitalized terms used in this memorandum but not defined will have the meanings set forth in the attached NFL Game and Event Credential Use Conditions (“Credential Use Conditions”), which are also available at www.nflcredentials.com/credentialuseconditions. Also included with this memorandum are several related polices and agreements, including the Back of Credential Card language, the 2024 Arbitration and Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement, the Sideline/Close Proximity Video Access Agreement, and the 2024 NFL Video Highlights License.
