This Service Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Dyna Ring, LLC (Dyna Ring), and an end user of Dyna Ring’s enhanced voice communications services as described below. This Agreement covers the services described below as well as any devices provided by Dyna Ring for use in conjunction with the services, including but not limited to the “Dyna Ring Equipment” (As defined in this Agreement). In this Agreement, “you”, “your” and “Customer” mean the customer of Dyna Ring and its services defined below, and “Dyna Ring,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Dyna Ring, LLC, and any Dyna Ring affiliates, agents and or vendors authorized by Dyna Ring to provide you with Dyna Ring services.
