This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of June , 2004 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Chequamegon Communications Cooperative, Inc. (“Chequamegon”) and Cheqtel Communications, Inc. (“Cheqtel”), (collectively “CCCI”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 43705 Hwy 63, P.O. Box 67 Cable, Wisconsin 54821 and Wisconsin RSA #2 Limited Partnership, d/b/a ALLTEL Communications, Inc. (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office at 1 Allied Drive, P.O. Box 2177, Little Rock, AR 72202. CCCI and ALLTEL are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
