This HOME-assisted tenancy lease rider (“Rider”) is hereby made a part of the lease agreement to which it is attached which identifies a landlord (“Landlord”) and a tenant (“Tenant”) for the rental unit identified therein. The rental lease, along with all other attachments, including but not limited to this rider, shall be referred to collectively as the “Lease.” In the event of any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Rider and the remainder of the Lease, the terms of this Rider shall control the Lease in all respects, and such conflicting provisions shall be deemed to be null and void and of no effect.
