Students may check-out a laptop from BANV technology services to use for schoolwork at home. A parent/guardian signature and a deposit are required (Deposits will be waived for students who qualify under federal eligibility criteria). Please fill out this form and return to BANV Technology Services. (This form will be kept on file and only one agreement per student is needed per school year).
