This two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or labor contract was negotiated by your PECG Bargaining Team and CalHR, which represents the Governor, and was ratified by the PECG members in State Bargaining Unit 9 and the Legislature. This MOU establishes the pay, benefits, and working conditions for all Bargaining Unit 9 employees from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020. These provisions will continue in effect beyond that date if negotiations on a subsequent MOU, which will begin in the spring of 2020, do not result in a timely agreement.
