In consideration of Asociatia Club Sportiv Constantina Dita (with the registered office in Bucharest 3rd District, 23-25 Nerva Traian Street, building M71, 2nd entrance, apartment 49, registered under no. 36731494) and its affiliates, representatives and partners (“Organisers”) which allow my participation at 2023 edition of Wizz Air Bucharest International Half Marathon by Constantina Dita, the undersigned, on my own behalf, and also on behalf of my spouse, inheritors, 1st degree relatives, any personal and legal representatives, successors and assignees, by signing this Agreement, state and agree as follows:
