THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Purchase Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and among the City of Maple Grove, a Minnesota municipal corporation, (“Buyer”) and Tri-Care, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation (“Seller”; Buyer and Seller sometimes individually “Party” and collectively “Parties”).
