THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of Article 8 of the Agreement for Professional Engineering Services (the “Agreement”) entered into on April 9, 2019 by and between HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1, acting herein by and through the BOARD OF DIRECTORS, hereinafter called the “Owner”, and Melden & Hunt, Inc., Professional Engineers of, Edinburg, Texas, hereinafter called the “Engineer”.
