It addresses many of the unique commercial considerations that apply to Red Hat Products, open source software, and our subscription business model. “Red Hat” means the appropriate contracting entity identified below as determined by the country of your billing address (“Red Hat Contracting Entity”). Certain provisions set forth in this Agreement may not be permitted and/or may be considered not valid and unenforceable in some jurisdictions, so they may not apply to you. In that case, such provisions shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
