My signature indicates my agreement to follow the statements listed below, including the etiquette outlined in this agreement, and to share the assigned residential space with the service or emotional support animal and its student partner. Should I have any concerns regarding the care and control of the approved assistance animal, I will discuss my concerns with the student partner and then with Residence Life staff if the student partner and I cannot come to a reasonable agreement.
