This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into between Cleveland/Rainier Beach High School (“School”) and (referred to as the “Partner”). The purpose of this MOU is to describe the partnership between the School and the Partner to implement the Full-Service Community Schools (“FSCS”) Grant Project. The Partner will service as a community partner at High School. The purpose of the Full-Service Community Schools Project is to assist Cleveland and Rainier Beach High Schools in the coordination of educational, developmental, family, health, and other services for students and families through partnerships with community-based organizations.
