This Student Transportation Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated and made effective as of the 13th day of November, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between SHAR-KYC, LLC, a Louisiana Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business at 6032 Wickfield Drive, New Orleans, LA 70122 (together with its successors and assigns, the “Contractor”), and Audubon Schools (the “School”) with its principal place of business located at 4720 Painters Street, New Orleans, LA 70122.
