This License and Services Agreement (along with all attachments, exhibits and documents attached hereto or incorporated by reference, the “Agreement”) is by and between the entity identified as customer on the signature page to this Agreement (“Customer”), and VVC Holding LLC (“Virence”). Virence agrees to provide and Customer agrees to pay for the Products and/or Services set forth in this Agreement, all in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
