This agreement made at on this day of 2023 , between ( )a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at ( ) hereinafter called the "SERVICE PROVIDER" which expression shall wherever the context so requires, mean and include its successors and Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation, a State Government Undertaking with Head Quarters at Udyog Bhawan, Sector 17 Chandigarh here in after called "THE COMPANY” or “PSIEC" sets forth the terms and conditions for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of equipment’s inclusive of repairs, replacement and preventive maintenance of equipments along with other allied services set forth in the Annexure.
