This Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer (EFT) services offered to you by SAFE Federal Credit Union (Credit Union). In this Agreement, the words you and yours mean those who sign the application or account card as applicants, joint owners, or any authorized users. The words ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ mean everyone that signs any Account Card or is authorized to make Transactions regarding your account(s) as provided herein or by governing law, including any account service(s). “We,” “us,” or “our” means the Credit Union. “Access Device” means any card, electronic access device and/or any codes, passwords or personal identification numbers (PIN) that we issue to allow you to access and/or use any account or other services.
