This Merchant (hereinafter “MERCHANT”) Agreement is entered into and by LKSMART LLC., an Indiana, Limited Liability Company d/b/a RewardYourCharity.com, located at 1950 East Greyhound Pass, Suite 18-265, Carmel, Indiana 46033, who operates an online service RewardYourCharity.com (hereinafter “RYC”); and the undersigned merchant organization, duly authorized and conducting business anywhere in the world (hereinafter referred to as “MERCHANT”) who agrees to support the NONPROFIT selected by the customer of the MERCHANT to receive a donation hereinafter referred to as “DONATION OFFER” equal to 15% of a minimum purchase amount set by the MERCHANT.
