No. C 1 with GeoSyntec Consultants, Inc. for solid waste consultant engineering services. This amendment is necessary to provide for further evaluation of the Roy Wilson Yard groundwater monitoring program. Staff within the Recycling and Solid Waste Services section of Public Works provides monitoring support services for the Roy Wilson Yard storm water and groundwater monitoring programs as required by the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). GeoSyntec prepares the quarterly and annual monitoring reports for these programs on behalf of the Public Works Transportation division.
