THIS AGREEMENT (“Subagreement”), entered into on April XX, 2021, by and between ITNAmerica a nonprofit corporation existing under the laws of Maine, whose mailing address is 90 Bridge Street, Suite 210, Westbrook, ME 04092, (herein referred to as “ITNAmerica”), and the Town of Kennebunk, whose mailing address is 1 Summer Street, Kennebunk, ME 04043 (herein referred to as “Subrecipient”), is for the performance of certain work/services and reimbursement of allowable costs. ITNAmerica and Subrecipient may from time-to-time be referred to herein as “party,” “parties,” and/or “Demonstration Site(s).”
