THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2005, between the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, a dependent special taxing agency created pursuant to Chapter 2001-331, Laws of Florida (hereinafter “Authority”) and City of Pahokee, a municipal corporation, chartered and organized in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter "City"), each one constituting a public agency as defined in Part 1 of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.
