This Agreement is to be signed by the parent/guardian of a child participant in the activities of Team Tennis at The Riviera Tennis Club (the “Club”). The limited right of the participant to enter and use the facilities at the Club, as granted herein, may be rescinded at any time for any reason. The parent/guardian agrees that the participant will abide by the rules in place at the Club and agrees to reimburse Riviera Golf & Tennis, Inc. for any damage caused to its property.
