THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of July, 2013 by and between the NORWALK BOARD OF EDUCATION, a board of education created under Section 1-516 of the Norwalk Charter, acting herein by its Chairman, Michael Lyons, duly authorized (hereinafter, the Board), and Manuel J. Rivera, an individual currently residing in the State of Connecticut (hereinafter, the Superintendent).
