This End User License Agreement (EULA) (this “License”) is made and entered into between VQ Communications Ltd (“VQ”) having an office at Unit 4b, Byron House, Landsowne Court, Bumpers Way, Chippenham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom SN14 6RZ and the licensee specified in the Main Agreement (“Licensee”) who is, or on whose behalf an employee or representative is, downloading and/or installing the Software subject to this EULA.
