and between the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (the “Authority”), a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”) duly created by Chapter 161A of Massachusetts General Laws (as from time to time in effect, the “Act”), and State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company, as trustee (together with any successor, the “Trustee”).
