Requests by the organization for additional space or for a change to the monthly requirements must be submitted to both the school administration and to the Community Use Section in writing at least 15 business days prior to the requested use. All other requests that are not during the times of usage according to this contract must be submitted through the FCPS online CommunityUse scheduling system at http://www.fcps.edu/fts/comuse/ for approval.
