This agreement must be executed in triplicate before an instrument is delivered to a pupil. This first copy should be filed in the office of the principal, the second copy is retained by the music instructor; the third copy is sent home with the pupil. When the instrument is returned to the school inventory, both the first and second copies of the agreement shall be returned to the pupil.
