As a condition of subdivision approval set out in a Preliminary Layout Approval issued by the City’s Approving Officer, the Camozzi/Nichol Intersection Upgrades Works and Servicing Agreement satisfies the statutory requirement for an agreement that prescribes engineering standards and specifications for works and services and requires security for completion of the works and services in accordance with section 509 of the Local Government Act and under the City’s Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw.
