This Agreement is made between the United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as “UNOPS”) and [Name of Implementing partner] (hereinafter referred to as “Receiving Entity”). UNOPS and the Recipient Entity are referred to in this Agreement respectively as a “party” and collectively as “parties”.
