This agreement for Internet Access service ("Agreement") effective is between the MIDLAND COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS ("Provider") with a principal place of business at 2125 Eagle Pass, Wooster, Ohio, 44691 and WAYNE COUNTY SCHOOLS CAREER CENTER ("Customer"). Provider and Customer may hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
