INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN

This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110, and BullsEye Telecom, Inc., a corporation with offices at 25925 Telegraph Road, Suite 210, Southfield, Michigan 48033 (“BullsEye”), and shall be deemed effective on December 23, 2011 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and BullsEye are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “State”).
