EffectiveDecember any hours accumulatedin excess of for a calendar year by a employee shall not count towards seniority. to the posting of the seniority list every January (beginningwith the seniority list posted January these hours shall be eliminated from the employees' seniority bank. It is agreed that this exercise shall only be requiredonce per calendar year unless the hours worked by an employee shall an impact for layoff or recall purposes.
