This resolution has been entered into voluntarily between the parties. OCR found that the College is not in compliance with Section 504, Title II, and/or their implementing regulations. However, nothing in this Agreement constitutes an admission by the College. Accordingly, to ensure compliance with Section 504 and Title II and their implementing regulations and to resolve the issues of this investigation, the College voluntarily agrees to take the actions set forth below.
