Personal Guarantee In order to induce Dorman Trading, LLC ("Dorman") to enter into the Customer Agreement, to which this guarantee is attached, with Name of Entity referred to therein as Customer, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby, jointly and severally in the case of multiple guarantors, personally guarantee(s) the prompt, full and complete performance of any and all of the duties and obligations of Customer and the payment of any and all damages, costs and expenses which may become recoverable by Dorman from Customer.
