Instructions: The 2019 Hearthstone Masters Tour Official Competition Rules and 2019 Hearthstone Tournament Player Handbook, including any updates or amendments to both documents (together, the “Official Rules”), and the following terms and conditions, govern the terms of participation in Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates’ (“Blizzard”) 2019 Hearthstone Masters Tour Bucharest esports competition, which is taking place in Bucharest, Romania on October 18 – 20, 2019 (the “Competition”).
