Meals: Thirty (30) days prior to the function, the Ladies’ Auxiliary requires a fifty per cent (50%) deposit of the total meal invoice.Kitchen facilities and equipment are restricted to members of the Ladies Auxiliary and authorized Branch 530 Members only. In order to comply with Ministry of Health and L.C.B.O. regulations, all food will be removed from tables a maximum of one (1) hour after beingserved and all remaining food, including opened bottles of wine, are the property of the Ladies’ Auxiliary.
