This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the Roambee Customer Agreement available at http://www.roambee.com, as updated from time to time between Customer and Roambee, or other agreement between Customer and Roambee governing Customer’s use of the Services or Devices (the “Agreement”). This DPA is an agreement between you or the entity you represent (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and the applicable Roambee Group contracting party(ies) under the Agreement (“Roambee”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. In the course of providing the Services to Customer pursuant to the Agreement, Roambee may Process Personal Data on behalf of Customer and the Parties agree to comply with the following provisions with respect to any Personal Data, each acting reasonably and in good faith.
