Terms and conditions for QRails Pay Mastercard® Payroll Card. This document constitutes the agreement (“Agreement”) outlining the terms and conditions under which the Card has been issued to you by Axiom Bank, N.A. (Federally insured by FDCI) pursuant to a license from Mastercard. By accepting and using this Card, you agree to be bound by the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. This Card will remain the property of Axiom Bank and must be surrendered upon demand. This Card is nontransferable, and it may be canceled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference. THE QRAILS PAY MASTERCARD PAYROLL CARD IS SUBJECT TO CERTAIN FEES. SEE FEES AND CHARGES FOR MORE DETAILS. THIS AGREEMENT ALSO REQUIRES ALL DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF BINDING ARBITRATION. SEE ARBITRATION PROVISION FOR MORE DETAILS.
