This NICUSA Drivers License and Motor Vehicle Records Terms of Service Agreement (this “MVR Agreement”) is made between NICUSA, Inc. (“NICUSA”) and the person or entity (“User”) who completes the registration process to open and maintain an account with NICUSA for the purpose of obtaining one or more services (the “Services”) from NICUSA related to obtaining certain records maintained by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (the “MVA”). NICUSA and the User are collectively referred to as the “parties.”
