AGREEMENT TO SELL AND PURCHASE ENERGY - This is an Agreement between Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. (“Renaissance Power & Gas” or Seller) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall initiate electric and/or natural gas (“energy”) service and begin enrollment with Renaissance Power & Gas (the “Agreement”). Customer will receive a confirmation notice from current utility of transfer of service.
