The Department of Health (DOH), on behalf of the Facilities, Finance, and Analytics Administration Division, intends to enter into a sole-source contract with Image Trend. The Agreement will provide proof of concept and limited scope implementation that allows for NEMSIS V3 data submissions to be routed Through the OneHealthPort HIE to Image Trend where the Washington EMS Information System (WEMSIS) is hosted.
