You are applying to participate in the Plaine Cash Advance Program (the “Program”). Under the Program, Plaine (“we,” “us” and “our”) may make one or more advances to you (“Advances”) from time to time. In order to apply for or participate in the Program, you must agree to this Arbitration Agreement (“Agreement”). We have put this Agreement in question and answer form to make it easier to understand. However, this Agreement is legally binding on you and us.
