This Employment Agreement is effective January 1, 2022 (hereinafter “Effective Date”), by and between the Lakeside Fire Protection District (hereinafter “District”) and Donald Butz, an individual (hereinafter “Employee”) (District and Employee referred to collectively as “Parties”) with respect to the employment of Employee as a Fire Chief of the District.
