THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “License”) is made and entered into this 3rd day of March 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Rex A. and Irmgard K. Jackson Revocable Trust (hereinafter referred to as "LICENSOR"), and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "LICENSEE"). LICENSOR and LICENSEE are sometimes herein individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
