The parties affirm the Memorandum of Understanding with All Unions Regarding Health and Safety Standards dated February 6, 2021 (“HS MOU”) which is incorporated herein by reference as it applies to a return to in-person instruction. This Secondary Students Focal Populations Return to In-Person Instruction Memorandum of Understanding (“Secondary Students Focal Populations MOU”) is intended to address specific concerns for UESF unit members in addition to the provisions found in the HS MOU.
