As authorized by the Texas Department of Banking, the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (the Agencies), and Contract No. 451-16-203 entered into between the Agencies and GSC Architects, the parties are extending the term of the contract for an additional year, to expire on February 24, 2020.
