This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is made and entered into by and between the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, a Public Corporation of the State of Alaska established under AS 16.51 et seq., hereinafter referred to as ASMI and Certified Seafood Collaborative, a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alaska, hereinafter referred to as CSC and is effective as of July 1, 2020. ASMI enters into this agreement in accordance with Alaska Statute 36.30.015(h).
