Pursuant to Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington, Oregon Administrative Rule 125-246-0400 and to other applicable laws, the Beaverton School District and the Evergreen Public Schools, hereby agree to enter into cooperative agreements and to establish and maintain a joint purchasing agency for the purchase of various equipment and services under the following terms and conditions.
