The Plaintiff, Kenard Pitney (“Plaintiff” or “Pitney”), by and through his counsel, the Law Offices of Patrick G. Geckle, LLC and Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig, LLP, (hereinafter “Class Counsel”), and the Defendant, City of Chester (“Defendant” or “City”) (jointly referred to as the “Parties”), by and through their counsel, hereby enter into this Settlement Agreement providing, subject to the approval of the Court, for settlement of the claims herein described against the Defendant.
