THIS INCENTIVE COMPENSATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made to be effective as of 30 August 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the ASSOCIATION OF GRADUATES OF THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE ACADEMY, a nonprofit corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado (the “Association”), and MARTY MARCOLONGO (the “Employee”).
