This is the first subdivision final map to be presented to your Board since the Public Works and Planning Departments instituted new procedural policies for the review and approval of land division improvement plans in November 2004. As a result, this project has received a more intensive and cooperative review by staff than some of its predecessors, as will all land divisions.
